Any person, business, or organization requesting public records of the City of Eastpointe, Michigan shall make a request in writing by completing the FOIA Request Form, or by any other means of written request, and presenting it to the FOIA Coordinator. Requests for public records should be as specific as possible and must describe the public record sufficiently to enable us to find the public record.
Any public record requests can be emailed to EastpointeFOIA@eastpointecity.org or faxed to (586) 445-5195.
Public record requests can also be delivered in person during our normal business hours of Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or mailed to:
